The books were published from 1984 to 1992 and are no longer printed. Just like Newton, Relativity and Taxes, the Marvel Super Hero game has rules to play by you'll need a copy of those, that's the hard part. This is an ideal number of people to make the game and gameworld come alive. Try to get 3-4 players and a gamemaster (Judge) together and let your imagination free. It is the medium through which you transcend from our everyday mundane reality into the Marvel Super Heroes Roleplaying Game Universe.
This "Universal Table" is the core of the game mechanics. This may require a random percentile dice roll on a table. You as a player have control of a character, you describe to the game master what your doing and he tells you how the world reacts. the MSH roleplaying game requires at least 2 players & the gamemaster (Judge), that describes the enviroment and controls everything within that world.
